Terms of Service

1. The agreement

The agreement is between you (the client) and Adcenter, Saint Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 XE80, Ireland. It starts when you submit an order or pay a deposit and ends when the agreed deliverables are handed over.

2. What the €299 website includes

• A professional multi-section website built to the brief you submit.
• Mobile and desktop layouts, contact form, WhatsApp button, Google Maps and basic booking or enquiry flow where requested.
• Basic on-page SEO setup: titles, descriptions and social preview.
• One round of adjustments after the first delivery.

The offer does not include online stores or e-commerce checkout, custom software, third-party licence fees, paid stock photography, domain or hosting costs where a paid plan is required, or ongoing content production.

3. Payment

• Total price: €299. A €99 deposit is paid to start; the remaining €200 is due on delivery, before the site goes live on your domain.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• There is no monthly fee for the build itself. Any hosting, domain or third-party subscription you choose is contracted directly by you.

4. Timeline and your input

We aim to deliver a first version within 7 working days of receiving a complete briefing and all required materials (logo, photos, texts, access). Delays in providing materials or feedback move the delivery date accordingly.

5. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you own or have the right to use every logo, image, text and trademark you send us.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information published on your site, including prices, claims and regulated professional information.
• You keep your own domain, hosting and third-party accounts secure.

6. Intellectual property

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design delivered for your business. We keep ownership of our underlying tools, components and know-how, and we may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

7. Revisions and scope changes

One round of adjustments is included. Additional rounds, new pages or features outside the agreed brief are quoted separately and start only after you approve the quote.

8. Liability

We deliver the service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific commercial results such as traffic, rankings, leads or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
